The Suit of Cups invites us into the landscape of the heart.

It speaks to love, relationships, intuition, compassion, imagination, grief, vulnerability, emotional healing, and the many ways we connect—with ourselves, with others, and with something greater than ourselves.

Yet the Cups also remind us that emotions can be complex, contradictory, and deeply transformative.

In this interactive online workshop, we'll move beyond simply learning what each card means and instead cultivate a richer relationship with the Suit of Cups through a blend of lecture, discussion, expressive writing, guided reflection, and experiential activities.

Together, we'll explore the traditional symbolism and interpretations of every card while considering how the emotional journey of the Cups continues to unfold within our own lives. Whether you're relatively new to tarot or have been reading for years, this workshop offers an opportunity to deepen both your understanding of the cards and your trust in your own intuitive responses to them.

Rather than approaching the Cups as a collection of meanings to memorize, you will be invited to experience them as living symbols that can illuminate the inner landscape in fresh and unexpected ways. Through reflective exercises, partner conversations, journaling, and group dialogue, you'll explore how the imagery of the Cups resonates with your own experiences of joy, longing, relationships, creativity, disappointment, hope, and healing.

By the end of the workshop, you will leave not only with a stronger foundation in the traditional meanings of the Suit of Cups, but with a deeper, more personal connection to its wisdom—one that can continue to enrich your tarot practice, support your self-reflection, and reveal new insights each time you return to the cards.
