This training introduces a compelling integration:
Using tarot imagery as a visual, projective tool to amplify the impact of Solution-Focused Therapy.
Rather than focusing on problems, you will learn how to use symbolic imagery to help clients rapidly access preferred futures, hidden resources, and unexpected pathways forward.
Tarot becomes a form of clinical alchemy, transforming abstract solutions into something clients can see, feel, and step into.
Through experiential exercises, live demonstrations, and clinically grounded frameworks, you’ll learn how to translate imagery into precise, solution-focused interventions that deepen engagement and accelerate change.
This approach is especially powerful with clients who feel stuck in overthinking, ambivalence, or emotional distance from their goals.
You’ll leave with immediately usable tools that enhance your existing SFT skills, helping clients move from “I don’t know” to vivid, embodied clarity about what comes next, often in a single session.

Learning Objectives
After the completion of this training, participants will be able to:
Describe how visual imagery functions as a projective and meaning-making tool within the framework of Solution-Focused Therapy.
Demonstrate at least five techniques for integrating tarot card imagery to enhance core SFT interventions (e.g., scaling questions, exception-finding, preferred future development).
Apply ethical considerations, including informed consent and scope of practice, when incorporating visual imagery into psychotherapy.
Utilize clinically appropriate language to document the use of tarot-based visual imagery interventions in a manner consistent with professional standards.
